    This year was our biggest Handmade Vintage Market yet! We had a blast and we are worn out. Putting on a market is not for the faint of heart. Lots of hours and prep and meetings took place to make it happen. We had a great list of vendors this year. Wonderful musicians. Fabulous sponsors. We are so grateful to the amazing customers that came through and supported small businesses.     handmade & vintage market 2013

    Oh boy, was this weekend fun! We had no idea what to expect with it being our first year in a public place with vendors that we didn’t necessarily know beforehand. To say it went smoothly is an understatement. There were times that it was jam packed in the venue and I think almost all of the vendors are so pleased with how the weekend turned out. We had 17 vendors and quite a few hundred people coming to shop. There are a few kinks to work out for next time but all in all I’m so happy with the Handmade & Vintage Market 2013.     Handmade Holidays Recap

    I can hardly believe another Handmade Holidays has come and gone! I’ve been doing this event for the past four years (maybe five, I can’t remember!) and every year it gets better. We had a wonderful group of vendors this year: Snappee Turtle, Angela Cox Photography, Lovey Blues, Cards by Jessica, Amy Cornwell Designs & Vanessa’s Creations (Vanessa is absent from the picture because she got sick). This was the first year where we had it Friday night and Saturday morning and it worked great for us. Having a second shopping option definitely benefited our customers during this busy season.
