    5 tips on how to grow your business {social media}

    I feel like there are so many changes going on in the online small business world. Some are closing up shop. Some are changing their business model. Some are going to monthly clubs instead of an online shop. For some, having an online business is exciting, for others it’s emotionally and physically draining (not to mention discouraging). Today I just wanted to encourage you all that have online businesses, no matter what type they are. I’m by no means an expert. It’s taken me over 10 years to slowly get to where I am – generating a full-time income for my family. I have learned some things along the way…

    february goals

    I didn’t originally plan to share my goals each month, and maybe this will be the one and only time. However, I’ve taken Hayley’s lead and have decided to share my goals for both accountability and inspiration. Amy’s February (monthly) Goals: 1. finalize my new web design – I feel like it’s time for a change again with the website. I want it to be clean, clean, clean. I asked for prayer and a lot of you stepped up and prayed for my attitude and mood. I’m happy to say that I’m feeling much better now, but I know these doubts will still creep up from time to time. Hopefully next time I’ll be a little more prepared to handle the doubts in God’s truth. 2.…

    debt-free business

    This weekend I spoke with Diana & Katie about starting and running a handmade business. In my nervousness I rushed through my part and realized later that I left out some notes that I wanted to hit so I figured what better place to recap than here on the blog! That way all of you who couldn’t go to the conference can hopefully benefit from it as well! The ladies on the panel all chose things that they were passionate about to speak on. My passion that I want to teach people is that you don’t have to start a handmade business with debt or necessarily run a business with…
