Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to just about any country as long as the shipment of precious metal is not prohibited in your country. We’ve shipped to over 25 different countries so far and the list is growing. We’ve shipped to places like Canada, China, Australia, Latvia, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, and all over Europe. Our shipping rates are the actual USPS International rates plus a small fee for shipping materials.
What is your jewelry made of?
All items are sterling silver or gold-filled. I do have a few charms that are brass or copper, but those are noted in the item description. Sterling silver items are nickel-free.
What do I do if my item has tarnished?
Tarnishing is pretty normal for some people due to hydrogen sulfide gas in the air or the use of cosmetics. The best thing to do is to put your jewelry back in the baggie (with the black anti-tarnish square) it came in to prevent it from being in the open air. Also, we recommend that you don’t wear jewelry when you shower or swim. Our polishing squares will take the tarnish off of your items and make them look brand new.
How long will it take for my item to ship?
Orders generally ship within a week. During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) – orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Even Express orders will not ship next day, please take that into account when ordering.
I have ordered the wrong ring size, can I exchange my ring for another size?
We do offer resizing on our rings. Our resizing fee is $10 plus shipping, because to “resize” a ring we essentially have to make an entirely new ring. If we have made an error on our end (i.e. not sending the size ordered), the resizing fee will be waived.
What if I have a problem with what I received?
I don’t normally offer returns on personalized items, but if you’re not satisfied or something isn’t quite right, email us and we’ll talk. I want everyone to be happy with their purchase and will do all I can to make things right, especially if it’s our error. If your item becomes damaged within 30 days of receiving the item, we will fix it or repair it for free. If your item becomes damaged after longer than 30 days, please email us and we’ll see what we are able to do and what the fee might be.
What is your return policy?
Generally returns are not allowed on personalized items, but if you get something that isn’t quite what you expected please email us and we’ll work out an exchange or possible return.
