When I asked my husband to take pictures of me for a What I Wore Wednesday post, he said I should post pictures of what I wore last Wednesday. I figured you didn’t all care to see me in my snow boots, snow pants & jacket so I decided that since I finally got dressed in something other than comfy clothes (for being snowed in) that I’d document the day. It’s been a while since I linked up with Lindsey so here we go!

Y’all, I have a serious issue. I don’t know how to pose for outfit pictures. I’m not going to try to look like a model because I’m not but I do need some help. If you have any tips, leave me a comment! Here’s my Sunday church outfit.

wiww-sageoutfit: chambray top (JC Penney), dress (Target), leggings (UNIQLO), boots (Target)
(bought them all in-store so I don’t have direct links.
I’m a budget shopper so a few were even clearance)

photo 4 accessories: ring from NS Pottery, bracelet & necklace (chain & add-on charms)
from my shop and bag from Sage & Harper (exact bag limited stock left).

WIW-wedding1Last weekend one of Dave’s friends got married so we got dolled up and headed south for the sweet ceremony. I had Dave pick from three dresses and this is the one he chose – A floral strappy dress from Target. It was a windy day which proved to be a challenge but we made it through!

I love the Target sale racks! Target already has great prices but they’re even better when they’re 50% off – making this dress about $12. Perfect and comfy for the hot summer Indiana days! Apparently I don’t know how to pose so I’m not posting a picture with my feet. I’ll do better next time :)

Let me be completely honest, I haven’t posted a What I Wore post in a looooonnnnngggg time because I’ve been uninspired and unmotivated to wear anything cute. But a conference has a funny way of motivating you to dress your best – am I right? This is the outfit that I wore the morning that I spoke I have to say I absolutely love it. It’s comfortable and I completely dig the layers. This dress will be so fabulous in the summertime because it’s spaghetti straps. Denim and floral, what more could you ask for?

WIWW02-13Monday afternoon I had some head shots taken for an exciting announcement next week. I struggled with what to wear but then I decided to not put too much thought into it because the pictures would be from the shoulders up. So I thought. My photographer is amazing and got so many great shots that I decided to do a WIWW about it. This outfit is my basic, almost-everyday outfit. Tshirt and cardigan, skinny jeans and high boots. I love this comfy-cute look (and fear that I might wear it a bit too much).
